These terms govern your use of Marketa AI (the “Service”), provided by Lexi Core Systems LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you (“you”, “the user”) agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Marketa AI is a generative-AI platform that produces marketing copy (emails, social posts, strategy outlines, SEO keyword lists) based on the brand profile and prompts you provide.

You must be 18 or older (or have authority to bind your organisation) to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam
• Generate content that infringes intellectual property, depicts hate, harassment, sexual content involving minors, or violent threats
• Generate deepfakes, impersonations, or misleading political content
• Attempt to jailbreak, exploit, scrape, probe, or interfere with the security of the Service
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service
• Circumvent technical limits (including credit allocations)

You're responsible for the prompts you submit, how you use the outputs, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring you have the rights to any input content you provide. AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for regulated professional advice (legal, medical, financial). Always review and edit before publishing.

We may remove, restrict, or refuse outputs at our discretion, and suspend accounts that repeatedly generate prohibited content. Rights-holders may submit takedown requests via the contact details below; repeated infringement will result in account termination.

We own the Service and all related software, models, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in your inputs and (subject to applicable law) own the outputs you generate. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and process your inputs solely to provide the Service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

For payment terms, billing cycles, taxes, cancellations, and refund mechanics, see Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Credits granted by a subscription do not roll over between billing periods.

We work to keep the Service available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious violations of acceptable use. On termination, your access ends immediately; we may retain or delete your data per our retention policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (loss of profits, data, goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your inputs, outputs, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lexi Core Systems LLC is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
