Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Marketa AI orders.

To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
  2. Use the “Request a refund” option on the relevant transaction.
  3. Or, email our support team at info@marketaai.com and we'll help.

What happens next

  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
  • If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period (subscription credits expire at that time).
  • One-time top-up credit packs are eligible for refund only if unused.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically issue a refund for the current period — request one as described above if applicable.
